Garima started her career as an actress with TV serial Parrivaar aired on Zee TV. Later, she worked in Chand Ke Paar Chalo and Rahe Tera Aashirwaad. Garima took a break for a year and a half to fulfill her motherhood duties. She was back to screen in 2011 as she was cast for a Zee TV show Chotti Bahu 2 for a negative role. In a decade long career, she has been part of more than 15 television shows including famous shows like Nimki Mukhiya, Ishq Ka Rang Safed and Ye Jadoo Hai Jinn Ka.
