Kayla Von Der Heide was born in Hesperia, CA. She was always introverted and didn’t dabble in music until she was 16. Eventually, her grandmother offered her guitar lessons. Kayla has been a photographer for the past 10 years, but recently she’s yearned to put music in the forefront.
In 2020, Kayla won a songwriting contest, which gave her a lot of confidence in her abilities. Kayla travels alone in the desert and gathers inspiration to create original music, photography/videos for her music and sometimes candles. In 2022, she participated as a contestant in singing show The Voice 22, aired on NBC.
