Faisal Khan is an Indian dancer and actor who predominantly works in Hindi television and film industry. He is the season eight winner of the Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, a dance reality show aired on Colors TV channel. He performed an audition in the second season of the reality dance show Dance India Dance Lil Masters, where he was rejected. Khan took part in television dance reality shows like Dance Ke Superkids and DID Dance Ka Tashan.

Career

2014-2019 : As a dancer

Khan started his career as a dancer when he was 15 years old. He auditioned in the second children’s special season of Zee TV’s reality television series Dance India Dance, in which he was chosen and won the competition. After winning the show, he took part in another season of Dance India Dance, Dance Ke Superkids, in 2012. In 2013, he participated in the dance reality show DID Dance Ka Tashan and ended up as a winner. Khan was the winner of the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 8 on Colors TV in 2015.

In 2019, he took part in the dance reality show Nach Baliye season 9 and was in 11th place, aired on Star Plus. 

2013-Present : As an actor

Khan made his acting career with the television historical-fiction serial Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap as Maharana Pratap from 2013 to 2014. Based on Maharana Pratap’s life. He cast in the police-procedural series C.I.D. as Faisal in 2014. In 2016, he was one of the contestants in the reality-stunt tv series Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi season 7. He starred in the historical-fiction serial Chandragupta Maurya as Chandragupta Maurya in 2019. It is grounded in the life of Chandragupta Maurya, the first emperor of Mauryan and founder of the Maurya empire. He did a tv series Dharm Yoddha Garud as Garud Dev in 2022. 

Faisal debuted with the Marathi movie Prem Kahani as Baijoo in 2016. He featured in three video music songs like Tere Bina in 2020, Saat Samundar, and Deva Deva in 2021.
