Career
Sona began her career as a model and featured in several fashion events. In 2018, she got chance to made her acting debut with Bengali-language period drama TV show Debi Choudhurani aired on Star Jalsha. The show based on Bankim Chandra Chattapadhyay’s renowned novel with the same name. She was seen as Prafullamukhi Rai opposite to actor Rahul Majumdar. The show gave her instant popularity in television industry and consequently got opportunity to play lead role in Star Jalsha’s next TV show Mohor in 2019.
In 2022, she worked on TV series Ekka Dokka which produced under the banner of Magic Moments Motion Pictures.
