Collins began her career by playing character of Natalie Harper in TV show Ghost Whisperer aired on CBS in 2005. The following year, she was seen as Nikki Newsome in Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Lizzie Miller in The Nine. Meanwhile, she also starred in television movie The Man as Constance Brielle starring Joshua Bitton and Eric Bruskotter.
In 2010, she rose to prominence through AMC series Rubicon, playing the role of Maggie Young in 13 episodes. Her other television credits include NBC’s Revolution, For the People and Person of Interest. In 2021, she was seen in the Netflix thriller limited series Clickbait as Emma Beesly. Collins starred in lead role of Amber Chesborough in TV show Echo 3.
