Rasika moved to Mumbai after pursuing theatre course. She worked in some well-known theatre group. She was casted in Harus Marus, Hum Panchi Lehron Ke, Iss Kambakht Sathe Ka Kya Karein? etc. In 2016, she made her Bollywood debut with Hindi film BHK [email protected]. She also played lead role in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra directed critically acclaimed movie Mere Pyare Prime Minister. In 2022, she was seen in web series like Pet Puraan as Ms. D’Souza, Unpaused as Gauri Kulkarni and Scoop.
