Sonal was interested in acting from an early age, so after completing her graduation she moved to Mumbai and started modeling. While modeling, she featured in some television commercials of Wow skincare products and Urban company. In 2019, she made her television debut by doing a serial named Sanjivani 2 in which she acted a role of Mansi. She also worked in Sindoor Ki Keemat (2021). In 2022, she appeared in a show named Mika Di Vohti followed by Bindiya Sarkar on Dangal TV.
