Who is Mariah Faith?
Mariah Faith Drocella was born in Baltimore and moved to Conway, South Carolina near Myrtle Beach at age 8 due to her late step-dad’s behest. She called him her “No. 1 supporter” and best friend, so when he suddenly passed away from a heart attack in April of 2019, it left a big void in her life.
As a result, Mariah turned to alcohol, but managed to reach 10 months of sobriety in December 2020. She and her mom still remember the special moments they shared with her step-dad, and Mariah wears a necklace with a photo of him and her 6 year old sister – they share a birthday too.
