Career
Srushti is an inspiring figure who has achieved much success in a short period of time. As a dedicated student, Srushti focused heavily on her studies, devoting most of her time to preparing for the UPSC exam. She read newspapers daily to stay up-to-date with current affairs and even deactivated her social media accounts to remain focused on her mission. Her hard work paid off in 2018 when Srushti passed the UPSC exam in the first attempt she earned the 5th rank India-wide and the 1st rank amongst female students. Her first posting as an IAS officer was as Assistant Collector to Dindori in Madhya Pradesh, and she has since been transferred to Gadwara in the Narsinghpur district.
Srushti has made a mark in the UPSC and PCS exam preparation space by launching her book, The Answer Writing, in June 2022. In this book, she has provided valuable guidance on how to write effective answers for these exams. This book is available in both Hindi and English languages.
