Ansley Burns was born on June 28, 2006 in Easley, South Carolina to a non-musical family. However, her great-grandfather was a lover of country music and sang with Hank Williams Sr. in the 1940s. He passed away before she was born. Her grandmother taught her country music. Ansley started performing at the age of 11 and was part musical choir in school. She has performed at local events, churches, and competitions
In 2018, her singing video on Carrie Underwood’s song “Cry Pretty” filmed by her mother went viral and received praise from Carrie herself. Later that year, her world changed when she became a semi-finalist of America’s Got Talent season 14 in 2019. In 2022, she participated as a contestant in singing show The Voice 22, aired on NBC.
