Destiny Leigh was born in Sofia, Bulgaria and moved to the United States when she was a year old. Her mother was born and raised in Bulgaria, while her father is African American. She was always passionate about music and performed at school and local theaters.
Destiny was also quite good in studies and maintained 4.0 GPA throughout middle and high school. She was awarded a full-tuition scholarship to the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. In 2022, she participated as a contestant in singing show The Voice 22, aired on NBC.
