Abishek Porel is an Indian wicket-keeper who made his debut in Tata IPL 2023 for Delhi Capitals against Gujarat Titans on 4 April 2023. In January 2023, he was bought by the Delhi Capitals in the auction for the 2023 Indian Premier League to take the place of Rishabh Pant. In addition, Abhishek plays for Bengal Tigers in state-level matches and for Durgapur Dazzlers in the Bengal T20 Premier League. He is also a member of the India U-19 cricket team and is considered to be one of the future stars of Indian cricket.
Abishek made his first-class debut for Bengal in the 2018-19 Ranji Trophy on 1 November 2018. He made his List A debut for Bengal in the 2018-19 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 21 September 2018.
