Sarwat got her first break through with Pakistani film Shadi Aur Tum Say? in 2010. After this she also appeared in several films such as Dil Mera Dhadkan Teri, Baat Cheet, Jawani Phir Nahi Ani, Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2, 3 Bahadur: The Revenge of Baba Balaam etc.
She made her television debut with Pakistani show Dil Ki Madham Boliyan. After this, she acted in television shows like Malaal, Azar Ki Ayegi Baraat, Kaisi Hain Doorian, Dil E Muztar, Koi Nahi Apna, Zaakham, Naulakha, Yeh Ishq Hai etc. Recently she was seen playing the role of sara in zee5 web series Churails.
