Career
Divij is a doubles player who has been ranked No.5 in the junior doubles ranking in 2003. He reached the semifinals of the French Open in 2004. In 2012 he made his Davis Cup debut against New Zealand. He plays his best tennis on the hard court, though he maintains that he loves to play on the grass court as well. He idolizes the legendary tennis player Roger Federer and Leander Paes along with Mahesh Bhupathi.
He reached his career highest ranking of 53 in February (2017). He is yet to win a title beyond ATP 250 masters and the two ATP titles that he has won thus far are in ATP 250 masters. He won his 5th title when he teamed up with Igor Zelenay in St. Petersburg.
