Career
Rubel started his acting career with Bengali film Beparoyaa, produced by Pijush Saha. He starred alongside Rano Joy and Papri Ghosh in the film. He later made television debut in Bhanumotir Khel alongside Sreyasri Roy. The show game him instant limelight among Bengali audience.
In 2020, Rubel was seen as Siddhartha in TV show Bagh Bondi Khela produced by Shree Venkatesh Films. From 2020 to 2022, he played lead role of Sangeet Roy in TV show Jamuna Dhaki opposite to Sangeet Roy. The show is based on Jamuna who goes to the Roy mansion to play the dhak on behalf of her father. Rubel casted as Srijan Dutta in Zee Bangla’s television serial, Neem Phooler Modhu.
