Career
Nikhil Chavan started his career at Marathi theatres. His first play was Three Cheers in Marathi. He got recognition for the supporting role in the Marathi serial Lagira Zhala Ji. This serial became the turning point of his life. Due to this serial, he reached every house in Maharashtra, and the audience loved his performance. This serial was based on the lives of Indian Soldiers. He also won the Best Supporting Actor award for his performance in the serial.
In 2018, he debuted in Marathi film Atrocity for the role of villain. He has also worked as a host in a show of Zee Marathi named Jallosh Ganrayacha.
Nikhil got his first lead role in a regional web series Strilling Pulling in 2019, written and directed by Sameer Asha Patil. He received much appreciation for his work in the movie. This web series Won the “Most Popular Original Web Series Regional – Award” at Economic Time’s Prestigious Brand Equity Spott Awards 2019. He also got starred as the lead in Zee 5 original film Veergati.
