Niharika Chouksey was born in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh to a middle class Hindu family. Her father’s name is Bunty Chouksey who is a businessman. She has a younger brother named Anmol Choksey in the family. Niharika moved to Mumbai at very young age to pursue her dream on acting. Initially, she featured in television commercials which in turn led to Hindi television and Bollywood films. Niharika did her schooling from Ryan International School.

Career
Niharika started her career through Star Plus’ popular television drama show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in 2021. She played the role of Nishtha Birla, younger daughter of Mahima and Anandvardhan in the show. After working for a year, she left the show and casted in the lead role of Faltu Singh in TV show Faltu, aired on Star Plus. The show showcases the strength of a girl who has been a victim of hatred and oppression towards her from her own family members.
