Nitibha began her modelling career by participating in Miss India Beauty pageant. She was 1st runner up in Dabur Miss Rose and crowned Delhi Times Fresh Face. In 2014, she joined Google and started working as account strategist under Google marketing solutions. She used to customer relationship management, digital advertising and overseeing different customer service.
In 2016, she left her job and participated in popular reality show Big Boss 10. She was also a winner of NDTV’s Nokia Your Wish is My App competition.
