Pearle started her career as a television presenter. She made her debut appearance on channel Yes Indiavision’s music show Yes Jukebox in 2008 as anchor, she anchored almost 250+ episodes of the show. From 2010 to 2012, she anchored Taste of Kerala on Amrita TV. Her popularity boosted after the dance reality show D 4 Dance as she hosted the show alongside Govind Padmasoorya in 2014. She also hosted the more seasons of the show D2- D 4 Dance in 2015, D3- D 4 Dance in 2016 and D 4 Dance Reloaded in 2017.
