Rachel Redford is a British actress. She is best known for her diverse and impressive roles in both theatre and film. Early life
Redford is from the town of Penarth, in the Vale of Glamorgan. Her mother Jennifer Lewis is also an actress and had a brief role in the Welsh soap opera Pobol y Cwm.
Redford attended Stanwell School before enrolling at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in 2011, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Acting in 2013.

Theatre
Redford began her career in Welsh theatre productions, being nominated for Best Actress by Theatre Critics of Wales for her starring role in Parallel Lines.
Redford then made her London stage debut in Adler & Gibb at the Royal Court Theatre, followed by Ghost from a Perfect Place at the Arcola Theatre, Closer at Donmar Warehouse, and Luna Gale at Hampstead Theatre in 2015.
In 2017, Redford originated the role of Beth in the play The Jungle, performing in various runs of the show at the Young Vic, Playhouse Theatre, St. Ann’s Warehouse, and Curran Theatre. For her performance in this play, Redford and the cast and crew collectively won an Obie Award in the Special Citations category.

Rachel has made quite a splash in the entertainment industry. In 2017, she made her television debut with a recurring role on the E4 comedy-drama Gap Year and recently made her mark on HBO’s hit series House of the Dragon.
