Shefali Sharma is an Indian actress who works in Hindi television industry and Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu films. She is best known for her character Bani in the TV serial Bani Ishq Da Kalma (2013) which was aired on Colors TV. In 2014, she made her film debut with Sooran in the Tamil film industry. Later on, she worked in Telugu and Punjabi movies. Her role as Sukhjeet Kuar in the movie Toofan Singh (2017), got her popularity in the movie industry.

Shefali started her acting career with a daily soap named Bani: Ishq Da Kalma in 2013. In the show, she played the role of the Bani Parmeet Singh and awed the audiences with her performance. She has also received Colors Golden Petal Awards for Bani- Ishq Da Kalma in the 2013. In 2014-15, she has worked in many TV serials namely Tum Aise Hi Rehna, where she played the character of Dr. Ria Agarwal. She was also seen in the popular Star Plus’ show Diya Aur Bati Hum as Laalima Agarwal.

In 2016, Shefali was seen in the serial Tere Bin and now in the year 2022, she is coming back to the industry after quite a while with Zee TV’s serial Sanjog.

The actress also tried her luck in the Tamil movie industry with the movie Sooran (2014), which directed by Balu Narayanan which starred Karan, Anumol and Shefali in the lead role. She kept experimenting with her craft and worked in various film industry be it Tamil, Telugu or Punjabi.

In 2017, she made her first Punjabi movie Toofan Singh which was directed by Bhagal Singh. The biographical movie was based on the life of Toofan Singh.
