Career
Shikha started her career with theatres where she used to work behind the scenes as a floor producer, line producer, and manager to many celebrities. In 2009, she got her first break into the movie industry with the movie Wake Up Sid, where she played to role of Ranbir Kapoor’s best friend.
Later, she appeared in many movies like Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, and Midnight Children. But she rose to fame in the year 2018 through her character of Meera in the movie Veere Di Wedding, where she starred alongside Kareen Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, and Swara Bhaskar. The movie was directed by Shashank Ghosh and it revolved around female friendships, featuring female leads.
In 2022, Shikha is seen in the movie Jahaan Chaar Yaar, which is directed by Kamal Pandey. The story of the movie revolves around four married friends seeking solace from their ordinary lives in Goa.
