While attending college, Milloni started working as a model and participated in various beauty pageants. In 2018, she made her Bollywood debut with Saif Ali Khan starrer film Baazaar in 2018. She played the role of young Mandira Kothari in this film. Later, she was also seen in television serial Main Maike Chali Jaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo as Shanya. In 2021, she got her first major role as Gunjan Parekh Rawal in Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha, aired on Star Plus. Milloni recently featured in Anandibaa Aur Emily as Riddhi.
