Jay Zaveri was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He never thought that he will work in a television serial one day. Zaveri started his career as a Marketing Professional. Before appearing on television, he worked in Dewsoft Solutions, Aegis Services, Just Dial, Gymtrekker for 10 years.
In 2018, he left his marketing career and moved to work in the television industry. He started his acting career in the year 2018 with the serial Mere Sai – Shraddha Aur Saburi in this show he played Ganpat. The show earned him a lot of fame in the television industry and he appeared in the shows Ishq Mein Marjawan 2, Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna, Bahu Begum, Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum and Tenali Rama etc.
