Bhardwaj started her career as a theater artist and has worked with many famous theater groups like The Blind and The Barefoot Theater. She has also worked in many commercials of famous brands like Dove, ICICI Bank, Phillips, FreeCharge and Braitiana etc.
Bhardwaj has worked in many famous web-series like Made In Heaven as ICU Nurse which aired on Amazon prime. The story revolves around two wedding planners in Delhi, where tradition jostles with modern aspirations against the backdrop of big fat Indian weddings revealing many secrets and lies. She has also been part of Hotstar series Aarya as Soundarya with Sushmita Sen. She got reorganization with her role as Jamuna in Mirzapur 2 which aired on Amazon prime.
