Negi made her television debut with the show Sapnon Se Bhare Naina (2010) aired on Star Plus. She has worked in many shows like Shubh Vivah (2012), Ek Mutthi Aasmaan (2014), Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan (2015) and many more.
