Roma was married to music director and singer Nitin Bali in 2002. This was Nitin’s second marriage, her first marriage to VJ, host and actress Ruby Bhatia. This couple also blessed with a son Joshua Bali. In 2018, Nitin died in a car accident while going from Borivali to Malad. Roma also suffered serious injuries in this incident.
