Initially, Hitesh worked as an RJ at BIG FM 92.7. He made his debut with the television serial Agar Tum Saath Ho in 2016. He has been part of shows like Suvreen Guggal Topper of the Year, Million Dollar Girl etc. In 2018, Hitesh made his film debut with Jaane Kyun De Yaaron and was also seen in Confessions. He starred in Colors TV’s show Choti Sarrdaarni opposite Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia in 2019. Later he played important role of ACP Ahir in Star Plus’ show Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani. In 2021, He played role of male lead in Zee TV’s show Iss Mod Se Jaate Hai opposite to Akshita Mudgal.
