Shruthy Menon is an Indian actress, theatre artist, host, and model. She mostly works in Malayalam films. Shruthy made her acting debut through the movie Sancharram in 2004. She has also anchored for Sonu Nigam’s concerts worldwide as well as the show Ugram Ujwalam.
Biography
Shruthy Menon was born on 20 April 1984 to Sreevalsan Unni Menon and Shashi Menon in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Menon started her career in film industry by starring in the Malayalam film Sancharram in 2004, which followed the story of two lesbian lovers in Kerala. Later, she was seen in Kadha Thudarunnu which was a super hit film.
Shruthy has also been part of the thriller Apoorvaragam directed by Sibi Malayil. She also been featured in the satirical comedy drama Thalsamayam Oru Penkutty. She got fame with romantic drama Kismath. It revolves around the obstacles faced by two lovers due to their different religious backgrounds.
She has also appeared in several television shows such as Amrita Super star season 1, Vodafone Comedy Stars on Asianet, Surya Challenge on Surya TV.
